Well, I am officially a home-owner. The experience has been both good and bad but I must say it's been more bad than good. Doug hates when I focus on the negative, as then that is all you see, that is all others see, and that becomes your reality. But I can't ignore it - I have to process all the negativity that has been attached to this home buying process.

Seasons Change
- MARRIAGE:
So, I recently got married - lots of fun - really! I was all prepared for a whole SLEW of things to go wrong, but you know what? nothing did! I owe it all to my friends and fam who helped out TREMENDOUSLY ... I don't know how I managed to subsist on such little sleep for so long without collapsing, but I did.
I will admit that the week following was like slogging through mud, but I'm finally getting back into the swing of things.

Well, it seems that I will be forever cursed with weight-management issues. So I have decided (we'll see if it lasts) to keep track of my daily caloric intake and outake here. We'll see if it helps or hurts.
